Coming to iPhone. Take a closer look

Houspensive Home: Taylor still needs to deposit $84.25 and Alex $44.25. The household is $128.50 short. Example household.
Real app. Example household.

A shared home.
A clearer month.

For the rent, the groceries, and the
“did you put your part in?”

Start on your own.
Invite your partner when you’re ready.

A little less mental maths

Life together.
Clearer numbers.

Three familiar moments. One place to make sense of them.

Houspensive Activity keeps confirmed bills and deposits together, with Expected and Needs Confirmation plans clearly separated. Example household.
The month, all in one place.

01 / The shared picture

“We’ve both put money in.
What’s still left?”

Some from you. Some from your partner. A few bills added along the way.

Record it all in Houspensive. Your Home screen shows what each person still needs to deposit, with the month’s bills and contributions behind it.

Fictional figures from Home above. Recording a deposit doesn’t move money.

02 / Your kind of fair

“We don’t split
everything equally.”

Sharing a home doesn’t mean earning the same amount. Choose your starting percentages when you invite your partner.

Houspensive uses your agreed split for shared bills. Fair is what works for the two of you.

Houspensive Home: Taylor has $70 credit, both Taylor and Alex have $0 still to deposit, and the household balance is $115.50. Example household.
A contribution that doesn’t get forgotten.

03 / A head start, kept

“I put in extra.
Does that still count?”

Yes. An extra contribution becomes credit, not a number you have to remember.

When you close the month, Houspensive reconciles the figures and carries credit into the next month.

This month’s extra.
Next month’s head start.

The screen shows current-month credit. Carry-forward happens when the month is closed—not a bank transfer.

An example household sees each person’s remaining contribution on Home. Activity keeps bills, deposits, and unconfirmed plans in view. Partners choose a starting split. Another example shows current credit; a final settled example shows nothing left to deposit. The app records contributions; it does not transfer money.

The practical things

Made for a home.
Like yours.

No new way to bank.
Just a clearer way to keep track.

Can I start without my partner?

Yes. Start on your own and invite one partner later. Your solo household begins with just you, at 100%—no placeholder partner needed.

Does Houspensive move money?

No. You enter your bills and record deposits in the app. Bank transfers and payments happen separately. Houspensive helps you understand the numbers; it doesn’t connect to your bank or pay bills for you.

Do we both need a subscription?

No. The household owner’s subscription covers the household. There is a three-day household trial starting when the household is created; after that, an active owner subscription is required. This is separate from any Apple introductory offer. Available plans and localized prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Does it add next month’s bills automatically?

You choose when to prepare the month. Reusable Bill Names help you get started, and you confirm the bills that should count. Expected or unconfirmed plans stay separate from confirmed financial totals.
